N.B- You are, / Party is, / Agency is, / company is - agreeing to our total terms & condition by depositing the advance to us for agreed/ proposed tour / Packages/ Rental Service and other hospitality related services offered by us .

A fax/e-mail confirming to our Terms shall be taken as an agreement for the places outside Kamrup Metro, Assam.

Payment receipt/via e-mail, shall be faxed or scanned or mailed for the party/individual/company, to be sent immediately after realizing the amount.

Terms and Condition-

Terms for Bookings & Payments

Applicable to all tours-Our Child/Kid Policy-unless otherwise specified in some of the tours, < 5 yrs without extra bed= no charges, 6-8 yrs =75% of adult cost, 9-11 yrs =90% of adult cost ,if accompanied by a group.

• Bookings should preferably be made 45-60 days in advance.

• Payments made when bookings are made within a week of proposed tour would be taken as final and not refundable in case of cancellation

• 50 % tour deposit must accompany all bookings. Balance payment must be settled prior to start of tour in full, without exception if otherwise, Hrishikesh Travels,Guwahati, is not responsible for any cancellation of services.

• Mode and Method of payment will be indicated on the form of bookings. Cancellations/ Refund Policy Notice for cancellations must be sent in writing , Refunds are made as follows:-

• 10 % or 1000/- (Whichever is Higher) Per Person of booking advance is not refundable, which is towards our administrative cost for bookings made for vehicles, Hotels etc.

All trips are deemed to be commencing and terminating at locations indicated below as per trip planned:-

• Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Rail station: for Kalimpong, Darjeeling and Sikkim

• Guwahati, Dibrugarh Airport/ Rail Station: For North East except Sikkim.
----Included in the Tour Price unless otherwise mentioned as below-

• Twin sharing accommodation, unless otherwise mentioned.

• All meals including morning & afternoon tea, breakfast (Standard North Indian), lunch (Standard North Indian)& dinner (Standard North Indian Non-Veg) or breakfast only depending upon the plan/packages chosen.

• All transfers and local tours as per itinerary.

• On treks, tents with sleeping mats, kitchen, dining and toilet facilities, animals and porters to carry up to 25 kg of personal baggage per person. All taxes and trek permits, and Trek Manager and guide.

• Services of guides for local sightseeing only. Not included in price

• International and Domestic flight tickets.

• Expenses of personal nature, such as Alcoholic drinks, Mineral Water, Soda, communications, tips, laundry, medical expenses, etc.

• Extra meals e.g- Snacks etc. when ordered, airport taxes, travel insurance and optional excursions.

• On treks: sleeping bags, trekking boots and clothing
